- THE CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT WILL BEGIN AT 2:00 PM. THERE WILL BE 30 TEAMS (A team is two people). FIRST PRIZE IS $1,000. PLEASE CONTACT HAVEN KING AT 606-438-8395 TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM. Participation is based on a first call basis. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT. THE TOURNAMENT WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE FRIENDS OF COAL BOOTH at event site.

- Directions from Hazard, Kentucky travel North on KY 15 (9.5 miles)
- Directions from Jackson, Kentucky travel south on KY 15 (19 miles)
- Turn left from Hazard or Turn right from Jackson onto KY-28
- You will reach the town of Buckhorn approximately 18.6 miles and stay right on KY 28 approximately 4 miles to the Crockettsville Event Site.
- There will be H2H signs marking the road.
- 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Registration - Breakfast for riders
- 10:00 a.m. Parade Line-up at Crockettsville proceed to Buckhorn Trail Head (We will be attempting to break the Guinness Book of World Records for longest ATV parade.)
- 11:30 a.m. Trail ride begins (rides last for approximately 1 to 3 hours, last ride returns at approximately 3:00 p.m.)
- NOON / 12:00 p.m. Grounds open to general public $5 Per Carload (Children's Activities, Local Music, Celebrity Items Drawing, and more)
- 2:00 p.m. Cornhole Tournament
- 5:00 p.m. Opening Ceremony
- 5:30 p.m. Ribbon Cutting for Trail System
- 6:00 p.m. H2H Performance
This is a family event and all behavior which does not reflect family values will not be permitted.
Additional Event Rules may be added at the host’s discretion.
- Due to Kentucky Law, KRS.411 and KRS.189: Children 16 and
under without a valid driver's license may not operate an off-road vehicle
on the public highway during the ATV parade or ride on the public highway
up to the trail head. However, children may participate in the trail ride,
by riding as passengers or operating their own off-road vehicle, which may be
delivered via trailer to the site of the trail head or ridden there by an adult.
We regret the inconvenience caused by this rule; however, we are bound by the law.

- No Alcohol on event premises
- All coolers and or containers are subject to inspection
- All vehicles are subject to inspection
- Parties in possession of illegal drugs, alcohol and/or firearms will be removed from the event and may be arrested with no refund of event registration fees
- No firearms are permitted on the premises/trails the day of the event, unless by authorized officials
- Parking in designated areas only-- others are subject to be towed and impounded
- Littering will result in fines and dismissal from the event with no refund of registration fees
- Down time or off time for off road vehicles will be announced from stage and will include time during the performance which must be respected, disobedience will result in dismissal from the event, possible arrest
- No stray ATV units will be permitted on the roadway and operators will be subject to tickets or arrest with no refund of registration fees. Organized, escorted returns to the event site will be arranged and shuttle service will be provided
- Due to the rural area, off-road vehicles should be fully serviced and trail ready before being brought on site for the event
- All riders must wear helmets, protective eye wear and clothing pursuant to KRS.411 and KRS.189
- Riders must follow these restrictions when choosing the types of vehicles to ride- Ages 6 to 11 are able to ride up to a 50cc ATV.--Ages 12 to 15 are only able to ride up to a 90cc ATV. Ages 16 and up has no restrictions.
- No wheelies or stunts will be permitted during the event
- No Motor Home vehicles will be permitted on event site; however, Camping will be available at Buckhorn Camp ground at 1-877-444-6777
- No persons allowed in restricted areas at any time this will result in dismissal and/or arrest without refund
- No public nudity or obscene displays will be permitted during the event and will result in dismissal and/or arrest without refund
There is no natural shade at the event site or seating provided, so please consider this when making plans to attend.
Water and Refreshments will be for sale at the Event.

- Chair and or blankets to sit on

- ATV or other off-road vehicle if planning to ride

Individual or Family Registration (Family is one parent/guardian with spouse and/or children under 21). Registration fee for operators on side-by-sides is $20 (Dirt Bikes are $20). Passengers on side-by-sides are $5 per person.
Registration fee includes breakfast, participation in the charity ride, ATV parade and admission to the rest of the day's events, including the H2H performance.
All proceeds from registration are donations to the Buckhorn Children's Center.
